Every project that is registered
with the Maharashtra Real Estate
Regulatory Authority shows its
MahaRERA registration number,
the MahaRERA-issued QR code and
the Authority’s website address
on its project page, as required
by Section 11(2) of the Real Estate
(Regulation and Development) Act,
2016. Registrations can be verified
at
https://maharera.maharashtra.gov.in .
Projects completed before the Act
came into force in Maharashtra on
1 May 2017 pre-date registration
and are marked accordingly. The
promoter named on a MahaRERA record
may be an Eden group company or a
land-owning development partner;
the registration record prevails.

amenities, imagery, drive times
and pricing shown here are
