From land acquisition and approvals to layouts, infrastructure, sales and handover, Eden runs the whole plotted-development cycle in house. Roles arise across each of those functions as projects launch.
Sales & customer relations
Guide buyers through project information, site visits, documentation and the steps to registration.
Site & project coordination
Coordinate contractors, surveyors and approvals so roads, gates and services are delivered on schedule.
Legal & documentation
Title due diligence, 7/12 extracts, sale deeds, MahaRERA filings and quarterly compliance.
Marketing & digital
Project launches, digital campaigns, channel-partner programmes and this website.
