Why the rate is manual
A calculator should not turn an old website price into a current quote.
Historical project pages contain different prices from different periods. This version therefore asks you to enter the rate from the current quote you are actually reviewing.
The same applies to financing: use the loan percentage, interest rate and tenure offered by your lender rather than treating the defaults here as an offer.
